BLOOM Gin

BLOOM Premium London Dry Gin is a quality gin that delivers a totally unique taste.

It is a light, delicate and floral gin with a totally unique slightly sweet taste created by a bespoke blend of 3 botanicals: honeysuckle, chamomile and pomelo.

BLOOM Premium London Dry Gin is distilled at the oldest distillery in the UK.

Established in 1761, only seven Master Distillers have worked at the distillery during its 250-year history.

The current Master Distiller is Joanne Moore, an internationally-revered expert in the gin industry. She’s worked at the distillery since 1996 and was appointed Master in 2006.

Joanne oversees every stage of the gin-making process, from conceptualisation through to creation. She’s never happier than when she’s experimenting with new botanicals and flavour fusions. It was this attitude for innovation that led to the unexpected blend and creation of BLOOM Gin.

Take a sip and you’ll find it’s incredibly delicate on your tongue. It’s infused with nature: floral notes start with hints of sun-warmed honeysuckle and delicate chamomile. The uplifting citrus taste of pomelo and a touch of earthiness complete the taste.

In fact, BLOOM Gin is so sweet, smooth and different, you may wonder if you’re drinking a gin at all.

THOMAS DAKIN GIN

Thomas  Dakin  Gin  is  a  classic  style  London  Dry  Gin  which  takes  its  name  from  the  forefather  of  English  gin,  Thomas  Dakin,  who  created  the  world’s first quality gin in 1761 in the North West of England. Thomas Dakin was a pioneer and began distilling at the age of 25. This new gin, named in honour of the young innovator, was launched in Manchester & London in July 2015.

Thomas Dakin Gin is distilled in small batches in a baby copper pot still at the oldest distillery in the country, G&J Distillery, Cheshire. Joanne Moore, who is only the seventh Master Distiller at G&J Distillers to hold the title since 1761, uses a secret recipe of eleven botanicals, including some traditionally used for making cordials in the 18th Century, as well as juniper, orange peel and English coriander with the unique addition of red cole to give the gin its long, lingering finish.  Horseradish, or red cole as it was known in Dakin’s day, was used to revive weary travellers journeying by coach and horses from London to Scotland.

Opihr Gin

OPIHR ORIENTAL SPICED GIN

Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin is a unique style of London Dry Gin created by the world’s first female Master Gin Distiller, Joanne Moore, at the world’s oldest gin distillers, using exotic botanicals, herbs and spices.

The heritage of Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin is firmly rooted in the Ancient Spice Route. Traditionally merchants would travel thousands of miles along the route, trading exotic spices and botanicals from distant lands. Opihr’s hand-picked botanicals epitomise the exotic intensity of the Orient, with spicy cubeb berries from Indonesia, black pepper from India and coriander from Morocco.

The Name: Opihr – pronounced {O-peer} is a legendary region famed for its wealth and riches which prospered during the reign of King Solomon. The King regularly received cargoes of gold, silver and spices from Opihr and whilst its exact location remains a mystery, it is thought to have been in the Orient, along the Ancient Spice Route.

The botanicals in Opihr Gin make the journey to their final destination, the oldest distillery in England, where quality gin has been traditionally distilled using the same London Dry Gin method since 1761. The Master Distiller then infuses the botanicals in high quality spirit in copper pot stills, using over 250 years of tradition and expertise, to create a unique spiced gin.
