Domaine  de  Canton   is  the  world’s  first   ultra-premium ginger   liqueur  an  is  handmade in  small  batches  in Jarnac in the heart of Cognac, France. Domaine  de  Canton  is  produced  by  the  third  generation liqueur-maker,  John   Cooper,  and  Master  Distiller  Jean Francois Bardou. Producing fine French liqueurs has been a Cooper family tradition since 1884.

Each   batch   is   made   using   fresh,   baby   ginger   from Vietnam,  orange  blossom  honey  from  Provence  and  a fresh  Tahitian  vanilla-bean  infusion  which  is  then  blended with  VSOP and Grande Champagne  XO cognac.  The result is a recipe which evokes an era of tropical romance and continental sophistication that is both elegant and timeless. It is  an all-natural liqueur  without preservatives or  stablisers and is packaged in a distinctive frosted, bamboo-shaped bottle.
